Our tiny bakery, our big idea

Japan's softest bakes found a home in Blackburn.

Mikan is a Japanese bakery and patisserie built around the joy of a really good crumb: light, tender, cloud-soft and made slowly.

Every batch is made by hand, from savoury buns and milk bread to playful cookies and cream-layered celebration cakes.
